Filip lives close to Stockholm and is currently in the UK equivalent of High School. He is a full time wheelchair user and has on the ground experience of the accessiblity of these attractions which is invaluable information for anyone looking togo on a Stockholm city break.

Mr Cake (Stockholm)

Mr Cake is a famous café in central Stockholm that serves very good fika. It is known for its good pastries and large American-style cakes. The place is wheelchair accessible with a ramp and the environment is cosy. You can sit both indoors or outdoors, which makes it perfect in the summer. ABBA the Museum (Stockholm)

ABBA is a famous Swedish pop-group from the 1970s. They became world-famous for songs like “Mamma mia” and “Dancing queens” and they won Eurovision in 1974. Their style was very energetic and colorful and their music is still popular all over the world today. The museum is fully wheelchair accessible with elevators between the floors. Kolmården (Norrköping)

Kolmården is the largest wild-life park in Scandinavia. There you can see rare animals such as tigers, bears and giraffes. The park also has roller coasters and playgrounds for children. During Halloween they have haunted houses, which makes Kolmården a popular destination for families. They also offer a world unique safari ride on a cableway which is wheelchair accessible. Arenas
