Our own experiences with disability within our team have shaped not only the holidays we create but also the workplace culture we’ve built.

We’re not stopping here. Our sights are firmly set on achieving Level 3 – Disability Confident Leader status. This ambitious goal reflects our desire to not just meet standards, but to lead by example in our industry and community.

Level 3 status will position us as a champion for disability inclusion, allowing us to mentor other businesses and share the insights we’ve gained from our journey.

Given that the employment gap for disabled people in Wales stands at 30.7 percentage points, we believe businesses like ours have a responsibility to lead positive change.

In Wales, only 50.9% of disabled people aged 16-64 are in employment, compared to 81.6% of non-disabled people.  These statistics aren’t just numbers – they represent untapped talent, unfulfilled potential, and barriers that need breaking down. The figures are similar throughout the UK.
