How is an accessible tour different to a regular escorted tour?
The biggest difference is that everything has been checked before you arrive. We work directly with each hotel to confirm access details, request the specific measurements that matter for your needs, and tell you what to expect in a daily access note. You also travel as a private party rather than in a coach group, so the pace fits you rather than the slowest or fastest in a stranger’s group.

What if my access needs change between booking and travelling?
We expect this and plan for it. Up to six weeks before departure we will re-verify the route, accommodation and equipment hire against your current needs at no charge. If significant changes are needed within six weeks, we will do our best, with any additional costs agreed in advance.
