Accessible tours that go beyond the resort
Multi-stop journeys with private accessible transport, verified accommodation at every stop, and a daily access note for every location. Designed for travellers who want depth, not just a beach.
Why a tour with us isn't like other tours
Standard escorted tours assume a non-disabled traveller and treat accessibility as an afterthought. Ours start the other way around. Every detail is checked against a real access profile before it ever appears on your itinerary.
Private departures
Your party only. No group pace to keep up with, no compromises on which route to take. Mornings start when you’re ready.
Verified accommodation
We work with each property directly: detailed photos, conversations with the hotel, and the access measurements that matter for your needs. If you need a specific detail checked, we’ll ask.
Accessible transport
Tailored to each tour: side-ramp, rear ramp or lift-equipped private vehicles for road transfers, accessible carriages for rail journeys, and pre-arranged assistance at airports, stations and ports.
Daily access notes
Every day of your itinerary includes practical access notes. The specific information varies by tour and destination, so you only get what’s relevant for where you’re going.
24/7 support, both ends
A UK line direct to WAH whenever you need us, plus many of our tours have an on the ground coordinator from your local supplier looking after things in-country.
Fully protected booking
ATOL, PTS, and Package Travel Regulations protection on every booking. Full UK financial and consumer protection, plus a UK number to call.

How It Works
From first enquiry to coming home
No deposit until you’re happy with the plan. No high-pressure sales call. We’d rather plan one tour properly than rush three.
You enquire
Send us your dates, who’s travelling, and any access needs you’d like us to plan around. We may follow up with a quick call if we have questions about your brief.
You receive a proposal
An itemised itinerary, accommodation options across the three styles, and the all-in price for you to consider.
We talk it through
A video call to walk through your proposal in detail, including access on the ground, equipment, transfers and what to expect day by day. Depending on the itinerary, this may be led by our UK team, supported by our trusted local partners, or both, so you know exactly who is involved and how everything will work before you travel.
You travel
Once your booking is confirmed, we continue to manage the details behind the scenes so you can focus on enjoying the trip. While you’re away, you’ll have clear contact details for the right support team, which may include our UK team, trusted local partners, or both, depending on your itinerary.
Common questions about our tours
How is an accessible tour different to a regular escorted tour?
The biggest difference is that everything has been checked before you arrive. We work directly with each hotel to confirm access details, request the specific measurements that matter for your needs, and tell you what to expect in a daily access note. You also travel as a private party rather than in a coach group, so the pace fits you rather than the slowest or fastest in a stranger’s group.

What's included and what's not?
Each tour page lists the inclusions in detail, as these vary depending on the destination and style of trip. As a guide, our tours usually include international flights, verified accessible accommodation, breakfast, airport transfers where required, and the support needed to help the trip run smoothly.
Some itineraries include private accessible transport, local guides, entrance fees or additional meals, while others are designed as self-drive holidays with more flexibility built in. Equipment hire, extra meals, excursions, upgraded rooms, private guiding and other additions can often be arranged at an extra cost.
Travel insurance is not included, but we strongly recommend arranging this as soon as your holiday is booked.
What if my access needs change between booking and travelling?
We understand that access needs can sometimes change between booking and travelling. If this happens, please let us know as soon as possible so we can review the arrangements with you and look at what adjustments may be possible.
Where changes are needed, we will work with you, our suppliers and any local partners involved to explore suitable options. Any additional costs will be discussed and agreed with you before changes are made.
If your needs change in a way that means you may no longer be able to travel, you should speak to your travel insurer as soon as possible for advice on your cover and next steps.
