Tucked inside the gated High Grove community in Clermont, this welcoming 3 bedroom villa is a brilliant base for a Florida holiday that needs to be genuinely practical as well as relaxing. You are around 15 to 20 minutes by car from Disney’s Magic Kingdom, with Universal Orlando typically 35 to 45 minutes away depending on traffic. Shops, restaurants and supermarkets are close by too, including a Super Walmart nearby for easy top ups.

The villa has been adapted with wheelchair users in mind, including ramped access at the front door and ramped access out to the pool area. Inside, you have comfortable, family friendly living space with air conditioning throughout, a fully equipped kitchen for self catering, and plenty of room to unwind after busy park days. The south facing private pool gets sunshine for most of the day, and there is also a games room for downtime at home.

As well as your own private space, High Grove has a clubhouse with lounge areas, a large communal pool and spa, plus a gym, which is handy if some of your group want a change of scene from the villa.

Sleeping is set up for up to 6 guests across three bedrooms, with the option to sleep up to 8 using the sofa bed. One bathroom includes an accessible shower and wheelchair clearance at the sink, and a shower chair is stored in the garage if needed.
