Guaranteed Accessible Room
We work directly with the hotels in resort to ensure that when a customer needs an accessible room it is guaranteed before booking. We will always get details of the accessible room and bathroom facilities so that customers can check whether they are suitable.
Airport Assistance Booking
We will organise assistance bookings with airports and liaise with airlines regarding any equipment that you may need to travel with such as specialist in flight seating. Importantly we always check and confirm with the airline any wheelchair dimensions as different airlines have different rules regarding transporting them.
Accessible Transfers & Car Hire
We organise appropriate WAV transfers, where necessary, to the hotel and back to the airport when it’s time to come home. We can also arrange car hire at destinations worldwide.
Equipment Hire
We can organise specialist equipment hire that gets delivered directly to your hotel so that it is ready and in your room when you arrive. We have suppliers around the world that can supply items such as electric profiling beds, mobile hoists, oxygen concentrators and wheel-in shower chairs to name a few.
