– Comparative quotes: two quotes for the same holiday.  One being for the holiday where the disability isn't a factor and one including the disability related needs. For example, a wheelchair user may need a larger room for additional equipment and a WAV transfer which will cost more than the standard room and coach transfer. This provides case managers and trusts the ability to check funding requuriements

– Payment: We are happy to take payment via bank transfer from Trust Accounts, Solicitors or Charities.  We recognise that the payment process for disabled clients is not necessarily the same as the standard process

– Advocacy: We are your and your clients advocates.  We are not tied to one company and put our clients interests ahead of the operators who supply us.  Problems in resort, we aren't afraid to ruffle feathers to get the outcome your client needs

– Advice: We can provide advice on the best solutions for resorts, hotels and airlines, along with entry requirements for specific countries.

– Assistance: We arrange all the clients assistance with the operator and airline to ensure they get the assistance they need. Any problems, we are there to do the work for you.
