All PTS members are fully package travel regulations compliant for your protection.  Consumers can ensure that a travel company is a PTS member before booking for peace of mind. They simply need to look for the logo and PTS number or contact PTS directly.

PTS are transparent, so if any consumer has concerns about the protection of their monies or the holiday provided by a PTS member, they can contact PTS directly HEREPTS reconciles money daily so all consumers and members will be able to track their monies in real time. This is only available with PTS.

Packages that include a flight element are financially protected by the ATOL scheme. The ATOL protection does not apply to all holiday and travel services. World Accessible Holidays acts as a Tour operator under its own ATOL licence and also sells holidays of other Tour Operators.  We will make clear on any ATOL certificate provided who is the provider of the holiday. Please ask us to confirm what protection may apply to your booking if you are unsure.

If you do not receive an ATOL certificate, then the booking will not be ATOL protected. If you do receive an ATOL Certificate but all the parts of your trip are not listed on it, those parts will not be ATOL protected.
